Eight people attended the CMC end-of-the-semester meeting.
Congratulations to Kienan and Grisha, elected to carry on the roles of CMC President and Treasurer for fall 2008. Other officer positions will be filled at the start of next semester.
Our advisor Karl Smolenski shared his experiences on leading student organizations. Two key goals for next semester will be applying for funding (300 dollars per year guaranteed!) and making an appearance at ClubFest 2008 to recruit new members.
Finally, a round of applause to all who showed your support and enthusiasm for your fellow riders during the beginnings of CMC.
I had a blast leading rides, making friends, and shaping this awesome club for the next crew of Road Scholars.
Now it's your turn, keep it up!

 | Our goal is to promote responsible motorcycling in Ithaca area as a great transportation choice for recreation and commuting. We are registered as an independent Cornell organization. We welcome riders of all styles and skill levels.
Please join the Club if you wish to participate in any CMC activities, such as organized rides, training courses, meetings, or movie nights.

The 2008 riding season IS HERE! CMC has big plans for the Spring semester.
We now have an official Sunday Ride calendar, listing the tentative routes and leaders.
Spiffy club T-shirts are available to members for 10 dollars.
Our first Sunday Ride was held April 6. At least five more rides are scheduled in April and May, so get your motorcycles fired up!
